Heavy Duty Stable Drive In Rack/Warehouse Racking System/Industrial Shelving

Drive In Racking is also known as Through racking, which consists of frame, top beam, Top and back bracing,support bar and supporl rail . High-intensive structure, the distance between upright and upright connects together which rely on the top beam. The depth of racking is mainly composed of the bar and support rail, which connects the frame together. Usually it uses reach forklift or counterbalanced forklift to operate. when it strores or accesses pallets, forklift is operating which needs through the main channel into and out of library going into shelf storage channel.

Drive-In or Double Access Systems consist of continuous lanes of racking with only a single load and retrieval aisle. Loading and unloading is undertaken by means of counter balance or reach trucks that drive down each lane into the racks.

Drive-In rack operates on the system of First-In Last-Out (FILO), therefore it only suits products that is stored in sufficient volume to require multiples lanes to ensure stock rotation.

This system is base on the storage by accumulation principle, which enables the highest use of available space in terms of both area and height.
Drive-in racking is designed for the storage of homogenous products. It accommodates a large number of pallets for each SKU.

Advantages

Two management systems are available: the drive-in system, with only one access aisle, and the drive-through system, with access to the load from both sides of the rack.

The system is frequently used in cold stores (refrigeration and freezing) which require maximum use of space for the storage of products in a controlled temperature.
